Esuite offers a formidable multi entity & multi cost centre accounting system that is packed with innovative features that make it so simple to use such as the tree structure with drill down from anywhere and the ability to enter GL codes by number or by description.

Esuite provides total live integration of the accounting system to all business functions including Point of Sale, Web Store, Manufacturing and Inventory Control.

It has been designed for unlimited capacity in all respects. It produces live financials in a fraction of a second no matter how big your company or how many branches are being consolidated. And with esuite’s open period design you never have to archive or erase prior year’s data.

The multi entity general ledger can be broken down with slice and dice financial reporting by branch or any of three user definable analysis codes (marketing campaign, cost centre or segment).

Esuite is also a true multi currency accounting system with support for currency variance as well as currency triangulation for multi-national consolidations
